Thank you Ei Strain for keeping on--for tirelessly leading your team and promoting me--I appreciate your endless work and passion for this business and your spirit of excellence day in and day out.  Rafy, Jill, and Kathy--we're just warming up--you guys have unimaginable success ahead of you and thank you for giving us this gift of your work and your spirit!  We're all in this journey together to raise up our teams and create the future for ourselves and our families that glorifies God.
